Chakras
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel of light’.
They are subtle, dynamic energy vortexes located in a vertical line, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
When these subtle energies spin freely, we enjoy good physical, mental and emotional health.
Traditionally there are seven chakras associated with the physical body.
Each chakra has its own purpose, association and connection.
Gemstones of the corresponding chakra colour can heal, balance and energise that chakra.
